This low impact class is NO joke!! A huge riff off of our typical NamaSCULPT class, I would say this class is best suited for people who are quite familiar with basic Sun A and Sun B vinyasa flows because in that regard the flow is more advanced. This is one of those classes that utilizes the power of repetition and mind-muscle engagement to create a dripping burn!
