Light and heavy sets of weights will add intensity to this fast-paced sculpt class. There are two dance cardio bursts to turn up the energy and I was just in a really good mood teaching this class. The workout incorporates a bit more thigh work than normal, though it is quite a well-balanced class using some compound moves to keep your core working as you tone other parts of your bodies. The intention for the class is to remember that you are more than what you look like... let me say that again: YOU ARE MORE THAN WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE! Damn that feels good to say!
