This class is all sorts of fun! We will be doing a heavyweight set for curls so go grab your heavy weights if you have them! Band is optional. There is a bit more cardio in this one than the other weeks!
This tough class is a full-body workout that will get you sore... fast!! With particular attention to your obliques, this unique sequence will keep you guessing and get your heart rate racing! Grab a light and heavy set of weights for this high energy class!
This full-body class is super intense and will get you dripping sweat pretty quickly. This class is fast-paced with one dancing squat song. Light and heavyweights are perfect additions to intensify this class!
