This class isolates one then the other glute to ignite a unique, acute burn that does deep into your muscle. Form is going to be KEY as you move with integrity through these moves. While this class IS advanced, I do not think that you should shy away from the challenge if you are new; take the breaks you want whenever you want them and try your best. Truly, that is what this community is all about. We face challenges head-on and we give ourselves space to take the breaks we need. Let me know how it goes after class!!
