This class isolates one then the other glute to ignite a unique, acute burn that does deep into your muscle. Form is going to be KEY as you move with integrity through these moves. While this class IS advanced, I do not think that you should shy away from the challenge if you are new; take the breaks you want whenever you want them and try your best. Truly, that is what this community is all about. We face challenges head-on and we give ourselves space to take the breaks we need. Let me know how it goes after class!! This is one of those classes that will blow you away. By simply changing the emphasis on where you focus your energy, you will notice a burn and challenge unlike anything else. Grab a light and heavy set of weights for this class. It has some jumping but always options to modify for less pressure...

This challenging class starts off with lots of squat and lunge variations. We will move into core after that, settle into some pilates moves, do another round of squats, and end with abs. This class has moderate to low jumping/cardio. Grab weights and a booty band!
