We get DOWN AND DIRTY with this low impact, knee-friendly class. From start to finish you will experience deep glute burns while you isolate the peach emoji. This is a class with a lot of groundwork- so if your knees start to hurt on the ground-- go grab a towel to put under them for extra padding. Minimal on the jumping, this is an awesome class for a student who wants to be tender on her joints!! Don't be fooled though, it will burn your glutes out... like a lot.
